Can I suspend my CELLDATA service?

Yes, a line of service can be suspended within a client's website account in the Cellular Data Subscriptions section. Generally, in our system, a line of service can be suspended for 175 days during a calendar year.

Note: Verizon lines of service have additional limitations, based on their requirements and our own. For example, a Verizon line of service can be suspended for 89 days at a time with a maximum of three different suspension periods during a calendar year.
