CELL215 coverage

Hi,

I have a CELL215 that was configured to work with Telia net in Finland on International Plan. After the project (2 weeks) the client sent it back to me (I'm in USA - South Dakota). The modem works here. It also works in Kentucky. According to the internet, Telia uses GSM and LTE.

Can I assume the CELL215 will work anywhere in USA that has LTE or GSM?

If it does not have a FCC ID number on the label (which the CELL215 does not have), it can't be legally used in the United States.
