For use with the RF422 radio
Overview
A weather and corrosion proof base station antenna supplied with a wall/pole bracket. Tuned to the SRD frequency band used by the RF422 radios and designed to allow the maximum allowable transmission power. The long cable on this antenna allows it to be mounted outside of the logger enclosure higher up on a tripod or tower, to optimise the range of the radio link. For base station use, the antenna can be mounted on an outside wall of a building and the cable routed inside to the modem, again to optimise the range of radio transmission.
